Jay Plank is the administrative minister and an elder with the RiverWalk Church of Christ in Wichita. A Kansas native, he has had a wide variety of career experience, including commercial broadcasting, health care and the ministry. He is a former city councilperson for Harper, Kansas, a volunteer EMT, and has served on various community boards and committees. He currently serves on the Sedgwick County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board. His wife, a longtime RN, currently is the associate dean of nursing at WSU Tech.
