Jessica Mounts is Executive Director for the Kansas Alliance for Wetlands and Streams. She has spent nearly two decades studying and advocating for the Arkansas River in Kansas - from researching the fish populations and ecological health of the river, to spearheading the designation of the Arkansas River as a National Water Trail in 2016. She is the author of “A Pocket Guide to the Stream Fishes of Kansas.”
